Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in uncleared adult present at the day care which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The uncleared adult was immediately removed from the facility while LPA was present. Licensee scheduled Livscan appointment for the uncleared adult and will submit proof of Livscan to LPA by 06/04/2025. Clearance will be confirmed prior to any future presence of adult in the facility.
