Resolution: Licensee will purchase a new smoke detector and send a receipt to LPA by the POC date of 4/29/24.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed infant sleeping in a car seat, licnesee moved infant into a play yard during visit.
Resolution: Licensee removed child from car seat an into the play yard. Licensee will return car seat to parent.
