Based on interveiw and record review the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in Staff (S2 and S3) do not have criminal record clearance associations to Canyon Heights Academy and (S4) has not completed a new criminal record clearance fingerprint live scan which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

LPA observed one substitute teacher that was in the Early Montessori program and after interview with Site Director, Marija Palihnic Fisher it was revealed that one substitute was not associated in the Guardian background check system utilized by the Department of Social Services.
