Resolution: Licensee will submit proof of an operable carbon monoxide detector to CCLD (shane.loftus@dss.ca.gov) by 10/17/2025.

Resolution: Licensee will submit proof of a fire/emergency drill conducted within the last 6 months to CCLD (shane.loftus@dss.ca.gov) by 10/17/2025.
