Based on LPA observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that a damaged metal shed with sharp edges exposed was not made inaccessible, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The licensee stated that she will speak with the propety owner so that hazardous items can be either be removed or made inaccessible. Licensee stated that she will proivde proof correction to Department by 08/01/2023. Licensee also stated that backyard will not be used until corrections have been made and approved by the Department.
