Resolution: Licensee removed the scissors and medication from the drawer in the kitchen at the time of this inspection. Licensee submitted a written statement of her understanding of this regulation at the time of this inspection.
Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in not conucting disaster drills every six months, being the last one was on 12/5/22, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: License states she will conduct a disaster drill by 7/14/23 and will send the department a copy of the documented disaster drill by email.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in not having an updated Mandated Reporter Certificate which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee states she will take the Mandated Reporter Training and send the department a copy of the current certificate by 7/28/23.
