Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as Licensee had detergents in the laundry room and PVC cement in the hallway bathroom cabinet, which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee removed the detergents from the laundry room and the cement from the bathroom immediatly at the time of this inspection. Licensee signed and submitted the Health and Safety Issues form that states she understands this regulation on date of this inspection.
