This requirement was not being met as evidenced by: During a walk through of the kitchen, LPA observed sharp knives left unlocked and accessible to children in the kitchen cabinet drawer, next to the sink. The kitchen is on limits to children in care as the children pass through the kitchen area in order to get to the bathroom nearest to the kitchen. During a walk through of the bathroom (near the kitchen area), LPA observed a Lysol toilet bowl cleaner left unlocked accessible to children underneath the bathroom sink. The bathroom (near the kitchen area) is on limits to children in care. This poses an immediate health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.
