Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above . During document reviews, LPA observed licensee did not have any documentation that shows she was conducting fire and disaster drills. The last fire/drill conduted is on 10/2023, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee states she will conduct a disaster drill as soon as possible and will submit documentation of the drill to LPA by due date.

Based on LPA's observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed an adult assistant caring for 11 napping children. Of these 11 children, 3 are infants (under 2 years old). Licensee returned to the home in approximately 15 minutes after LPA's arrival.

Resolution: LPA discussed with licensee the ratio of a large FCCH and that when only 1 adult is caring for the children, the facility must remain within compliance of small FCCH ratio and capacity. Licensee acknowledged this, and stated that she had left to transport school age child to after school care, and assumed their spouyse was present to assist the adult assistant with care. Licensee stated that they will email LPA a detailed plan by 10/12/22.
