Based on LPA observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that licensee does not conduct fire drills every six months which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee to write a declaration stating that fire drills will be conducted every 6 months as required by Title 22 regulations. Licensee to send proof of fire drill by email to elizabeth.george@dss.ca.gov by 12/20/24.
Based on LPA observation and licensee interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in licensee has not renewed her mandated reporter certification which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee to complete the Mandated Reporter training and email proof to elizabeth.george@dss.ca.gov by 12/20/24.
