Based on LPA's record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above for 3 out of 3 children which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Staff-Infant Ratio: There shall be a ratio of one teacher for every four infants in attendance. The Director Focha explained that she is aware the center is out of compliance. Explaining that additional staff was not available. There were a total of 6 children and 1 staff member present today. This poses an immediate risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of the children in care.
Infant Care Center Fixtures, Furniture, Equipment and Supplies: Furniture shall be maintained in good repair and safe condition. The facility was found to be out of compliance by evidence of a bouncer present in the facility during today's inspection. The Director was reminded that baby bouncers, walkers, and jumpers are prohibited in a license child care center. This poses an immediate risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of the children in care.
