Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Licensee will put sleeping infant in a portable bassinet and then place portable bassinet while infant is sleeping in the playard which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will remove bassinets from day care facility immediately. Licensee will review safe sleep regulations and send email to LPA confirming they have read and understand infant safe sleep regulations.
