Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above because licensee had medication on the table in the dining room and the area was not made inaccessible to children in care which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will put a child safe gate in the doorway of the living room to block the area off from children in care and send a photo to ccld. Licensee may email LPA Mario Caro the photo at Mario.Caro@dss.ca.gov.
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the Licensee did not conduct a Fire/Disaster drill which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The Licensee shall conduct a fire drill and document it on the fire drill and send a copy of the log to CCL no later than December 1, 2023.
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the Licensee did not have a current Mandated Reporter Certificate which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The Licensee shall complete the Mandated Reporter Certificate and send a copy to CCL by December 1, 2023.
