During the visit there were 31 children and 4 staff present when LPAs arrived. LPAs arrived at the facility during nap time. There were 15 children napping between 5 classrooms with two staff. There were 16 children outside with 2 staff. LPAs observed napping children left without visual supervision during the visit. See 809-D for deficiency cited today.
