Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed a mobile attached to the side of the crib, hanging above the crib which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: LPA reminded licensee no objects can be attached to the crib nor hang over a crib. Per licensee, mobile was purchased recently. Licensee removed mobile during LPA's visit. Deficiency cleared during visit.
