Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Above ground pool walls measored 3.6 ft and a solid cover or fence was not observed. No children were in care, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licesee states that she begin draining the pool today 10/11/22 and take down the pool by tomorrow 10/12/22. When pool is removed licensee will email LPA a picture bu POC date 10/12/22.
