Based on observation, interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that there were 13 children present with licensee solely provideing care which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: During this inspection, the over ratio was corrected as parents arrived to pick up children in care. Per licensee, Staff #1/Assistant was at a doctor's appointmant. A written statement will be provided to licensing department by 3/10/24, with plan to ensure the ratio will be maintained at all times.

Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that a pool safety inspection has not been completed not logged which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Per licensee the backyard where the pool is located will not be used by children in care and the door will remain locked by key until the safety measures are put in place and a daily log is compled. Per licensee, a safety pool log will be completed and copy of log wil be sent to LPA via email by POC due date.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the access gate to the swimming pool does not self latch. LPA observed the gate to be locked with a key, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Per licensee the backyard where the pool is located will not be used by children in care and the door will remaine locked by key until the pool door is fixed. Per licensee a video showing the pool gate self latching will be sent to LPA by 1/30/25

Per licensee, proof of purchase will be sent to LPA by 1/24/25 and proof of instalation video will be sent to LPA by POC due date.

Per licensee, proof of purchase will be sent to LPA by 1/24/25 and proof of instalation will be sent to LPA by POC due date.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. At approximately 11:40, LPA observed an infant sleeping on a infant swing on the right side of the living room which poses an immediate health and safety risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee immediately removed the infant from the swing. Licensee reviewed the Safe Sleep regulations. Per Licensee infants will sleep only in the crib.
