Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the 2A10BC Fire Extinguisher has not been serviced withing the required 12 months which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per licensee, the fire extinguisher will be serviced and proof of correction will be sent to LPA via email by POC due date.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Child #1, an 18 month old infant had a pacifier attached to clothing while napping, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: The Licensee removed the pacifier from the child and stated she will remove the string from pacifier before giving to child.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above: LPA observed C1 and C2 not to have an infant sleep log available for review at the time of inspection which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will provide proof of infant sleep log to LPA via email by POC due date.
