Based on LPA observations, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that an an open electrical box in the Teddy Bear Classroom with wiring visible located in a top corner of the classroom which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that there are holes on the storage sheds located in the play ground and weathered wood pallets in the areas accessible to children in care which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
(b) The person who brings the child to, and removes the child from, the center shall sign the child in/out.
The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs. This requirment was not met as Based on interview and record review, C1 has been injured on th same are on three separte ocassions. his posed a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care
