Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPA observed that S1 was missing proof of the measles immunization which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to obtain proof of S1's measles immunization. Licensee agrees to send proof of S1's measles immunization to Community Care Licensing (CCL) by the end of the business day on the Plan of Correction (POC) due date of 03/20/2025.
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as Licensee and documents indicated that the last fire/disaster drill conducted was 01/12/2023 which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee agrees to conduct and document a new fire/disaster drill by the Plan of Correction (POC) due date. Licensee agrees to send proof of the POC to Community Care Licensing (CCL) by the end of the business day on the POC due date of 12/05/2023.
