Resolution: Licenings staff observed licensee remove the cleaning compound and place them in the garage and the medication was placed in a cabinet out of reach of children.

Resolution: Licensee stated carbon monoxide will be replaced.

Resolution: Licensee stated the required fire extinguisher size2A10BC will be purchased and receipt will be kept to verify proof of purchase. The wrought iron surrounding the fire place will be locked.
