LPA observed the vertical clearance around the gate ranging from 2.5 inches to 4 inches around the pool gate and entrance gates above the ground, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will repair or fix gate to have a maximum vertical clearance of 2 inches from the ground to the bottom of the enclosure.
