Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee had a total of nine children in care. When LPA arrived at the facility, assistant also pulled up, therefore Licensee was out of capacity which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: LPA emailed Licensee ratio guidelines. Licensee will review and write a statement regarding understanding of capacity compliance and submit to Fresno Community Care Licensing by 12/16/2022.
