During inerviews, Staff #1 indicated that on one occassion, Child #1 attempted to throw a chair across the room, resulting in her restraining the child for 1-2 minutes. Additionally, during an interview, a child stated their arm was hurt by Staff #1, as Staff #1 had grabbed them roughly after they misbhehaved.This poses an immediate risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of childern in care.
