Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above (see LIC809 for further details). This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated that she will remove all broken toys and broken equipment from the backyard, and submit proof of correction photos to the Fresno Community Licensing Office, by 12/15/2022.
Based on records review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, as she was unable to provide proof of completed sleeping plans for two infants in care. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will submit copies of Individual Infant Sleeping Plans for Child #1 and Child #7 to the Fresno Community Care Licensing Office, by 12/15/2022.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA Marquez observed 18 children in care during todays inspection; 9 infants, 6 toddlers and 3 school age children. This posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
Resolution: During todays inspection, 10 children were picked up, leaving a census of 8 children in care. Licensee agreed she will maintain a capacity of 14 children while maintaining proper child ratios. DEFICIENCY CLEARED
