Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPA observed an infant sleeping within a sleep sack (inside of a play yard) during today's inspection. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee removed the infant from the sleeping sack during today's inspection. LPA provided Licensee with safe sleep handouts. Licensee stated she understands that sleep sacks cannot be utilized for infants in care, nor can infants be swaddled within a blanket or sheet. Deficiency cleared during inspection,
