Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed spider webs inside the home as well as items stacked on top of one another that could potentially fall on top of children in care. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will remove all spider webs in the home and will submit proof of pest control service for the home. Licensee will also submit proof of hazardous items that are stacked on top of one another that could potentially fall on children in care.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed medications and personal hygene products that were readily accessible to children in care. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee removed itmes on todays visit and understood that these items shall not be available to children in care. Deficiency cleared on today's inspection.

Resolution: Licensee removed items from the playpen and was reminded to not have any loose article in the playpen or crib while it is being utilized by a child in care.
