Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in during the outside play inspection LPA noticed that there was clumps of sand that resembled animal feces and pointed it out to staff. Facility Representative confirmed that it was cat feces which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in LPA observed that there was essential oils, magic eraser, lotions and sprays, hand santitizer and Lysol cleaning wipes in a drawer that was not locked and accessible to children in care, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
