Resolution: Licensee stated she does conduct sleep checks, and agreed to start documenting the sleep checks for any infants 24 months and younger as required. Licensee agreed to send documenation of sleep checks for Child #2 to CCL by POC due date. LPA also gave Licensee a copy of safe sleep regulations for review, as well as template to use for documenting sleep checks.

Resolution: Licensee agreed to conduct a fire drill this week and document the fire drill conducted. Licensee agreed to send proof to Community Care Licensing that a fire drill was conducted. Licensee also agreed to submit a written statement to Community Care Licensing indicating how Licensee will ensure that fire drills are conducted and logged as required by POC due date.

Resolution: Licensee removed the hair developer from underneath the bathroom sink and placed in an area inaccessible to children in care. Licensee agreed to submit a written statement to Community Care Licensing indicating how Licensee will ensure no hazardous items are accessible to children in care by POC due date.
