Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as today LPA observed, in the outdoor play area, several open boxes containing items the licensee stated that she was in the process of disposing of (artificial Christmas tree limbs, weeds and debris, old toys). Additionally, LPA observed spider webbing and dust on some of above listed items. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will clear the items listed above from the backyard area and submit proof of correction photos to the Fresno Community Care Licensing office by 8/1/2022.
