Based on observation and interview the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 infant was in a bouncer. Upon arrival LPA observed infant on baby bouncer which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee corrected the deficiency by removing the child from the baby bouncer and placing the bouncer in a room that is inaccessible to children.
