GUDINO, CECILIA FAMILY CHILD CARE

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Upon arrival, Licensee had four infants and seven preschoolers in care without an assistant present which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee contacted parents/authorized representatives to pick children up to bring her into capacity. Licensee was given capacity worksheet. Licensee will complete a statement regarding understanding of capacity requirements and prevention plan from going over capacity and submit to Fresno Community Care Licensing by 12/09/2022.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee's assistant does not have initial mandated reporter training which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will have assistant complete mandated reporter training via www.mandatedreporterca.com and submit copy of certificate of completion to Fresno Community Care Licensing by 12/23/2022.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee had three children in high chairs outside of meal times. One child was asleep in a high chair and was not put down until informed by an analyst which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee put child down to take a nap and removed children from high chairs. Licensee will complete a statement regarding understanding of utilizing high chairs and submit to Fresno Community Care Licensing by 12/09/2023.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPAs observed two cans of Raid on top of the refrigerator in the kitchen and one can of Raid under the kitchen sink which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee removed the cans of Raid and placed them in a locked storage area. POC cleared on today's date.
