Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed Licensee caring for 18 children during todays inspection which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: During today's inspection, a parent picked 5 of the children up to bring capacity back down to 13. Licensee stated that she will maintain her licensed capacity moving forward. Licensee will submit in writting how this will not happen again by no later than 08/05/2022 to the Fresno Regional Office.
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee was unable to provide current documentation of Licensee checking on infants while they were sleeping. The last documentated date Licensee had was June 7th which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will physically check on sleeping infants every 15 minutes and keep documentation on safe sleep log. Licensee will submit copy of safe sleep log showing two weeks of documentation to Fresno Community Care Licensing by 08/05/2022.
