Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed in the restroom under the sink Clorox, Fabuloso, and Comet which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee immediatley removed them and placed them in an inaccessbile area. Licensee to write a statement to LPA by 08/28/24 stating that she will make sure cleaning compounds will be made inaccessbile at all times and that she is following Title 22 regulations.
Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee and assistant have not renewed their mandated training certificates which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee and assistant to renew their mandated reporter training and send LPA proof of certificated completion by 08/28/24.
