Resolution: Licensee will haveparent complete Consen for Emergency Medical Treatment (LIC627) and Individual Infant Sleeping Plan (LIC9227) and submit to CCL by 06/28/2024.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed Lysol spray-automotive products-tools and batteries that were accessible to daycare children in the daycare room. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee removed items from the daycare room and placed them in an area that is not accessible to children in care.
Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee stated that she does not document sleeping patterns for any daycare infants in care. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will start as of todays date to log sleeping patterns for infants in care.
Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee stated that she recently enrolled a family of 3 and did not recieve the immunizations for children. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Licensee left an infant in care in the main residence that is not approved by Community Care License (CCL), absence of supervision for that infant was approx 15-20 minutes. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will ensure not to allow any daycare children into the main residence and will ensure to have all infants asleep in the main daycare room to allow visual supervision at all times.
