This requirement was not met based upon observation of the outdoor area and storage for daycare detergents, (cleaning spray, furniture polish spray), sharp items (pruning sheers, screw drivers, scissors, hammer) and garage door was opened and unlocked.

Resolution: Licensee immediately removed and locked all detergents and sharp items and closed the garage door. POC Cleared.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee was unable to provide completed mandated reporter training certificate.

Resolution: Licensee will renew mandated reporter training certificate and submit proof of completion to CCL by 06/17/2024.

Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee has a room built onto the home which the children utilize. Licensee could not provide a permit which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will obtain permit and submit copy to Fresno Community Care Licensing by 07/15/2022.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee did not provide parents or guardians of each child a copy of the licensing report dated 07/23/2021 that document one type A deficiency which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee will provide parents or guardians of each child a copy of the licensing reporte dated 07/23/2021 that document one type A deficiency and will obtain a signed Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report (LIC 9224), or other written statement, must be placed in the child's file for verification. Licensee will submit copy of LIC 9224 to Fresno Community Care Licensing by 07/15/2022.
