Resolution: Licensee stated that she and S2 will complete an AB1207 certified Child Abuse Mandated Reporter course within the next three weeks. Upon completion, licensee will submit acquired certification copies to the Fresno Community Care Licensing Office, by 12/07/22. Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 2 staff files reviewed, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee stated that she will submit proof of influenza, pertussis, and measles immunization for S2 to the Fresno Community Care Licensing Office, by 12/07/22.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, as Licensee ceased logging 15-minute checks for Child #2 and Child #3 upon both children turning two. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee stated she is now aware that sleeping logs must be completed for children ages birth to 24 months. Licensee stated she will begin logging each 15-minute check, for Child #2 & Child #3, daily. Copies of the completed logs, for the month of the November 2022, to be submitted to the Fresno Community Care Licensing Office by 12/7/2022.
