Based on observation and interview, the Licensee left children alone in the preschool class without the supervision of a teacher which poses a potential health, safety, and/or personal rights risk to persons in care.
based on observation, Licensee kept a playhouse with chipping paint and rust on the hand rails. The stairs to the playhouse were not sturdy. LPA also observed an 8 inch gap in the fencing that leads to an unlicensed area. The seat to the see-saw is loose and missing a bolt. The wooden poles in the outdoor area need to be sanded and painted.
