Based on observation, record review, and interview, the Licensee was over capacity based on ages. Upon arrival, LPA observed 4 infants in care and 3 children over the age of 3, which poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.
Resolution: Infant 4 was picked up by authorized representative and Licensee was brought back into capacity. Licensee will watch video “How Many Children Can Attend a Family Child Care Home” from CCL website. Licensee will submit answers to the questions from the video and will send to Fresno Regional Office by 12/12/2025.
