Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in all of the children present did not have the LIC 627 parents authorization for consent to emergency medical care signed by the authorized person which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated that she will get the parents to sign the LIC 627 today and send a picture to LPA via text message of the signed forms by the above POC date.
