During the inspection, Licensee did not have documentation verified the family care home conducted drill with the date and time of each drill. Per Licensee, she recalled she conducted the drill in 04/2022. Currently, Licensee has not conducted a drill within every six (6) months which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per Licensee, she agreed to complete the fire drills every six (6) and document the drills, including the date and time of each drill. Licensee agreed to submit proof of correction (POC) to Community Care Licensing (CCL)-Fresno Office by 02/21/2023.
Based on record review, Licensee and her Assistant did not renewed their mandated reporter training for the Child Care Providers (AB1207) every two which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per Licensee, she agrees that her and her Assistant will complete the Mandated Reporter Training for the Child Care Providers (AB1207) portion and submit proof of correction (POC) to Community Care Licensing (CCL)-Fresno Office by 02/21/2023.
During record reviewed, LPA's observed Licensee and Assistant did not have the required immunization (measles and pertussis) records in file which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Per Licensee, she agreed to submit proof that Licensee and her Assistant meet the required immunization for the measles and pertussis. Licensee agreed to submit of correction (POC) to Community Care Licensing (CCL)-Fresno Office by 02/21/2023.
