Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. There was no record proof that Licensee physically check on Child #1 (C1) and Child #2 (C2) every15 minutes while they were sleeping which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Per licensee, she agrees that she will implement the Safe Sleep Regulation of every 15 minutes monitor into her daycare. Licensee agrees that she will submit proof of how she implemented the regulation in her daycare and also submit proof that she is monitoring C1 and C2 every 15 minutes during their sleeping.

Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. There was no proof of Immunization Record that Child #1 (C1), Child #2 (C2), and Child #3 (C3) have been immunized against diseases required which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Per Licensee, she agrees to submit Immunization Record proof to Community Care Licensing-Fresno Office by 09/22/2023 that C1, C2, and C3 have been immunized against diseases as required.
