Resolution: Licensee will order pool alarm water sensor and submit a video to the Palmdale Regional Office by due date by email or text.

Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. According to Licensee she was not aware of new pool regulation 2025.

Resolution: Licensee will purchase a 17 inch life ring and submit a photo to the Palmdale Regional Office by due date.

Resolution: licensee will order and purchase a Rescue pole with hook 12 feet (Fixed) and submit a photo to the Palmdale Regional Office by due date by email or text.

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed safety latch in lower cabinet in the kitchen where cleaning products are located to be not secured, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: LPA observed licensee put the cleaning compounds in the laundry room during inspection.

Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA did not observed the Concent to Emergency Medical Care for two children, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care

Resolution: Licensee agrees to send proof of complete files to LPA Beneroso no later than 11/22/2023

Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed pool gate not to be self-latching and two windows that give access to the pool, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: LPA observed door safety knob being in placed in door that gives access to the backyard and screws being installed during inspection.

Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA did not observe a file for one of the assistants present, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Resolution: Licensee agrees to send proof of complete files to LPA Beneroso no later than 11/22/2023
