CPR/First Aid training On line is not valid not EMSA approved or Pediatric. According to licensee training was on-line.
Resolution: Licensee will retake the correct training and submit a copy of the certificate of completion Pediatric CPR/First Aid or EMSA approved to the Palmdale Regional office by email by date indicated.
Based on observations, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA obseved non operational Carbon Monoxide Detector which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee obtained a Carbon Monoxide Detector during inspection.
