Based on observation, interview the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses an immediate health, safety and personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee immediately emptied and removed the Wading Kiddie blue pool during inspection. Licensee is now aware water play equipment shall be emptied immediately after usage regardless of location on premises. Licensee shall review Title 22 regations 102417(g)(5) regaring pools 6/25/2025. Reviewed with LPA during inspection.
