Based on file review the licensee did not comply with the section cited above when LPA's was greeted by an Assistant; Rebecca Morales who did not have a completed fingerprint clearance while having children in care which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: By Close of Business 11/14/2025 the licensee will submit a statement to the LPA stating that they understand the regualtion and will remain in compliance. Licensee will also have Assistant fingerprint clearance cleared and will inform LPA. Failure to correct will result in a $100 per day civil penalty until corrected. Repeat violations are $250 per violation and $100 per day until corrected.
