Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above when upon arrival LPAs conducted facility tour and observed a unlicensed adult Ella McFadden who licensee stated lives in the home did not have a fingerprint clearance which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated they will arrange for tenant to stay with tenant's daughter until fingerprint clearance is completed and licensee will submit a written statement to LPAs by close of business 5/16/2025 stating she understands the regulation of all adults over 18 need to have Livescan clearance.
