Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above when LPA observed that the in ground pool in the backyard area was observed to not have a fence which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: By COB on 06/13/2025 Licensee will submit a written statement to LPA stating how they will remain in compliance and will have a fence installed surrounding the pool that meets Licensing regulations. Licensee will also keep the back yard off-limits until completed and LPA comes back to the facility to inspect the backyard and approve backyard to be returned back on limits.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above when LPA observed children in off limit area and licensee admitted that children walk thought off limit area which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will update on limits area for office. Licensee will write a statement to not use garage to get to backyard.
Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above when licensee did not complete an up to date child's roster which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee will submit child's roster to licensing.
