Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, LPA observed a sleeping infant in a car seat which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she shall not use car seats for sleep. Licensee stated she shall keep car seats in a separate space near the front door and send photos to LPA. LPA shall return for a plan of correction inspection.
Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, Licensee had blankets in the portable play yard where one infant slept which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated no longer use blankets in protable play yard or cribs. Licensee shall send LPA photo of infants sleeping without blankets.
