Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, Licensee did not ensure that prior to admission to a family day care home that children shall be immunized against diseases as required by the California Code of Regulations, Title 17, beginning with Section 6000, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Resolution: Licensee stated she shall email copies of immunization records for the two children in care to LPA L. Perez to loraine.perez@dss.ca.gov
Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Licensee explained she does not have a carbon monoxide detector.
Resolution: Licensee stated she will purchase a carbon monoxide detector and she will send a photo and video to LPA, to show it is functional.
